Eileen Flynn, President

Eileen’s rare ability to diagnose a team’s needs and create practical solutions makes her a sought after consultant. Her enthusiasm for developing teams is contagious. This energy, coupled with her deep expertise, has inspired a great number of leaders and teams to collaborate and deliver breakthrough results. Using her published research on high performing teams as a foundation, Eileen has a portfolio of successful applications that have improved the performance of global teams from North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific, with a special emphasis on Japan. She is a trusted partner with HR and her aim is to transfer knowledge so that clients continue to succeed long after the engagement ends.

She is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Broadcasting and Communications. She also spent time at The Washington Center in DC where she did investigative reporting. Nell has a natural ability to ask the right questions and diagnose critical needs. Her attention to detail and passion for bringing people together makes her a great asset to Legacy Teams.
